About Mary Anne
Mary Anne Bein
ISR Instructor
Hi Everyone, I'm glad that you made it to my website. I teach swimming for a living and I started teaching swimming over 20 years ago. I'm a Certified Water Safety Instructor andLifeguard with the American Red Cross. I can teach strokes and diving skills as well as basic water safety and first aid. I have training in Transpersonal Swimming which is geared toward adults.I teach MSI (www.conquerfear.com) which is geared toward anyone with fear of the water. Infant Swimming Resource has given me a real option in teaching aquatic survival skills to infants and young children. I can provide aquatic education to anyone ages 6 months to 60 years +. On a personal note: I'm a real Jersey girl, having lived here all my life. I have a 25 year old daughter living in Florida I live at home with my husband of 17 years, my 14 year old daughter, my 17 year old daughter and her 27 month old daughter(who course knows how to swim/float/swim). I homeschool my daughters and we love it. When I am not teaching swimming, I love to swim for exercise. I'm also an Aqua Aerobics Instructor. It makes sense that I am a water sign.
About Beth Ann
Beth Ann Marron
ISR Instructor
Thank you for considering Infant Swimming Resource to educate your children on aquatic survival techniques.
I swam competitively from age 6 - 16, and have always loved the water.
I have my BS in Exercise Physiology from West Virginia University School of Medicine, and have held positions in corporate fitness as well as YMCA's.I became certified by ISR in 2006, shortly after my 13 month old daughter completed lessons. Three weeks into lessons she fell into the water fully supervised, and before my husband or I could respond, she responded by turning her head and rolling back to the float position. We refrained from picking her up, she obtained the float position with out assistance, and we listened to her cry out before grabbing her and telling her how happy we were with her.
I am so blessed to be an ISR Instructor, and trained to work with children teaching aquatic survival skills.
"Not one more child drowns", is obtainable.
